We understand that sometimes a product does not meet your expectations. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
Return Policy:
After cancellation you still have 14 days to return your product. After a successful return, you will be credited with the full order amount. Returns and exchanges are completely free of charge. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, return the product with all included accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. We will process your refund within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
This returns policy applies to the following countries: The Netherlands and Belgium.

Please note, if the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation to you. Handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
