RETURN

After receiving your order, if the product has not been used and is damaged, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days with a PostNL shipping label provided by us, without giving any reason. Please contact us via your email address or order number via one of the communication channels on the Contact page to request a refund.

After we have received your return request, we will provide you with the steps necessary for the return, we will send you a PostNL shipping label. After we receive your return, we will refund the full amount to you.

EXCHANGE

At Nezr Safety we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange your product, we have a hassle-free exchange policy.

If you are not satisfied with the size or item, you can exchange your item for free within 14 days of receipt.

We will provide you with a free shipping label from PostNL to return the item to us. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive the item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

LOST PACKAGES

We are responsible if the package you return is lost in transit before it reaches us.

RETURN COSTS

We offer a free shipping label and we will cover return costs.

REFUND

We will refund the full amount to you within 24 hours after we receive your return. After your return has been processed, you will automatically receive an email stating that your return has been processed. Your refund may take some time to be transferred to your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Since we use the SSL certificate on our website, which is a high-end payment security system, we cannot issue a refund to a card or account other than your payment method.

FRAUD PAYMENT

We use advanced security systems such as SSL certificates and fraud payment analysis on our website. If our system detects a fraudulent payment, your order will be automatically canceled and a full refund will be issued to you.
